Description

The subject of this contract is the granting of a long-term loan of PLN 3 000 000,00 (three million PLN 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Jaworze in 2011.
Terms of repayment of the loan:
— repayment of capital instalments of the loan on the basis of the repayment schedule in accordance with Annex 5,
— interest will be paid on a monthly basis on the last day of the month,
— interest rates and other costs over the duration of the loan calculated according to WIBOR 1M.
For the purposes of banking calculations, 365 days shall be taken per year.
