3. The subject of the order is the service of booking, sale and delivery of air, train, Meet&Greet and VIP tickets. The Ordering Party will purchase tickets mainly for the guests of the International Festival of the Art of Cinematography ENERGA CAMERIMAGE and for employees going on business trips abroad, which will be settled according to the source of financing, i.e. a special subsidy for settling the costs of the Festival and a subject subsidy for business trips. 4. The contract in question falls within the scope of the framework agreement, while the performance of individual elements of the subject-matter of the contract will take place on the basis of an implementing agreement(s), concluded after a procedure aimed at concluding such an agreement. The procedure for the submission of implementing tenders and the conclusion of an implementing contract is set out in the text of the framework contract. 5. The anticipated scale of needs for the duration of the framework contract is indicatively a. approx. 650 European air tickets, including 520 in economy class, 130 in business class. b. services for booking, selling and delivering train tickets will concern approx. 30 services per year on the scale of all bookings, c. Meet&Greet and VIP services will apply to approx. 30 services per year on the scale of all bookings and apply to special guests.
