Scope of the subject-matter of the contract 1) The subject-matter of the contract are services consisting in the execution of complete project documentation together with obtaining environmental permits and final building permits and performing author's supervision as part of the Comprehensive Project for Adaptation of Forests and Forestry to Climate Change – Small Retention and Prevention of Water Erosion in Lowland Areas - Continuation (MRN3) in the Strzelce Opolskie Forest District. 2) The description of the works (activities) and the material scope of the subject of the contract results from Annex 2. 3) The material scope contained in Appendix 2 is estimated and may be changed during the execution of the contract only if changes are agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party. 4) A description of the procedure for receiving works carried out as part of the completed stages is included in Annex 2 to the FTZ. 5) The subject of the contract has been divided into lots ("Package"): Package I – Execution of project documentation together with obtaining environmental permits and building permits for the task "Restoration of water relations through construction and reconstruction of piling devices on drainage ditches and rivers in the Strzelce Opolskie Forest District"; Package II - Execution of project documentation together with obtaining environmental permits and building permits for the task "Construction of small retention tanks in the Kadłub i Klucze forestry area". When calculating unit prices for individual activities included in the description of the subject of the contract in the tender, the Contractor should assess them taking into account: 1) all circumstances resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ; 2) settlement rules contained in the model contract constituting Annex 11 to the FTZ. The price calculated in this way should be given in the Offer Form (Annex 1 to the SWZ). 3.5. LOCAL VISION: The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation for the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and for the Contractor to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority. 3.6. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract. The contractor may subcontract the performance of elements (parts) of the subject-matter of the contract. If the contractor intends to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, it is obliged to indicate in its tender the part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.
