The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the arrangement, purchase of plants and maintenance of low and high greenery, as well as the ongoing maintenance of order in the road lanes of the municipal category in the Targówek District of the Capital City of Warsaw, which include: 1) cleaning lawns and bush clusters from municipal waste, 2) removing large-scale pollution (furniture, construction waste) and green waste (including branches), 3) mowing lawns, 4) raking lawns, 5) setting up lawns, 6) weeding bushes and hedges, 7) caring cutting bushes and hedges, 8) caring cutting trees and removing regrowth, 9) planting trees, 10) removing threatening trees and wind turbines, 11) watering trees and bushes, 12) setting up lawn fences. 2. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 277) referred to in Art. 1 of the Act, by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the activities indicated in Annex 1a and 1b to the contract on a daily basis (Nos 2a and 2b to the SWZ), excluding management and administrative staff. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 9. The Contractor shall become the producer of the waste resulting from the performance of the subject-matter of the contract. The method of waste management must comply with the provisions in force on the date of performance of the contract, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587) and the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2024, item 399).
