Description

The subject of the contract is to carry out clinical and nutrition studies on a selected population of 600
patients suffering from designated disease units, including a nutrition intervention based on
products with programmed health-related properties, with an indication of their efficacy, and
also the performance of the indicated biochemical determinations and morphological assessments specific to those covered
examination of disease units.
The topic is implemented as part of the OPIG project “Bioactive Food OPIG”
01.01.02-00-061/09’. The description of the subject of the contract is in accordance with the nomenclature of the Common Procurement Vocabulary
Public: 73100000-3 – Research and experimental development services, 73111000-3 – laboratory services
research.
The contracting authority divided the subject matter of the contract into 5 lots.
ATTENTION!
Detailed description of the objective, scope and methods of testing and timetable for the implementation of the different parts
research is presented for individual disease units.
The contracting authority does not provide for comparative testing.
Description of the individual lots comprising:
1. Determination, during the test cycle, of biochemical parameters in a certified laboratory
selected for the individual disease in accordance with Annex 15 to the ToR.
2. Performance of complementary diagnostic tests during the test cycle, specific to
individual disease units during the test cycle according to Annex 13 to the ToR.
3. Administration to patients, grouped into groups, of product compositions containing bioactive ingredients
therapy support or placebo according to the scheme in Annex 8 to the ToR.
4. Systematic surveillance of the conduct of the clinical and nutrition study based on a weekly basis (diabetes)
type 1 and simple obesity) or two weeks (arterial pressure and non-specific inflammatory conditions)
verification of the correct completion of the current quotation day (Annex 14) by the Contractor and
