Bei der Einrichtung handelt es sich um den geplanten Neubau einer 2-geschossigen 6-gruppigen Kita-Einrichtung mit einer 4 gruppigen Kinderkrippe und einer 2-gruppigen Kindergarteneinrichtung nach den Grundsätzen der Reggio-Pädagogik. In Zahlen: Grundfläche: ca. 1.275m² Geschossfläche: ca. 2.000 m² Nutzfläche: ca. 1.785 m² umbauter Raum (Hauptgebäude) ca. 8.065 m³ Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst folgende Leistungen: Trockenbauarbeiten und Verglasungsarbeiten Beschreibung der Baukonstruktion: Tragstruktur in Skeletbauweise mit tragenden Wänden, Stützen und Decken in Stahlbetonbauweise bauseits. Außenwände werden bauseits in gedämmter Holzständerbauweise erstellt. Nicht tragende Wände, Installationswände und Vorsatzschalen als Trockenbauwände mit Metallunterkonstruktion beplankt mit GKB, GKBI oder Zementbauplatten. Abgehängte Decken mit GKB, Echtholz-Akustikdecken, Holzwolle und Rasterdecken oder Zementbauplatten.
