The technical services of the City of Kotka will request an offer for the main contract of the Karhula School Centre in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices. The construction project comprises the construction and renovation of the Karhula school centre in accordance with the contract calculation documents appended to the invitation to tender. The contract form of the Karhula School Centre is a shared contract. This procurement procedure concerns the main civil works contract. Electricity and HVAC contracts will be put out to tender as separate entities.
