1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness inside and outside the facilities of the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek. The service includes cleaning the entire complex, including the historic Manor House and Villa Bzów. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Order. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right to the extent described below, on the terms described in the contract. The contractor is required to evaluate both options. Option 1 – During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority will be entitled to unilaterally extend the term of the contract by 1 to 24 months. The maximum duration of the contract is 36 months. Option 2 – During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority will be entitled to order additional cleaning services.
