Description

This is a framework agreement with a single operator. It is a contract with order forms with the following thresholds: Annual minimum amount: EUR 10 000 (VAT). Annual maximum amount: EUR 100 000 (VAT). The contract shall be concluded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of its notification to the Contractor. The contract may be renewed no more than three (3) times, unless notice of termination is expressly taken by the representative of the contracting authority at least three (3) months before the anniversary of the date on which the contract was notified.
