Description

Der Zweckverband für Rettungsdienst und Feuerwehralarmierung (ZRF), Veldener Straße 15 in 84036 Landshut beabsichtigt, auf Teilflächen der Flurstücke 1050,1047 und 1046 der Gemarkung Essenbach eine integrierte Leitstelle zu errichten. Das zu errichtende Gebäude soll eine Nutzfläche von ca. 800 qm bis 1 000 qm, verteilt auf 2 Etagen, umfassen (EG/OG). Angrenzend an das Gebäude werden rund 40 Stellplätze geschaffen (nicht Gegenstand der Objektplanung Gebäude). Das Gebäude soll zur Optimierung der Bauzeit in Holzmassivbauweise erstellt werden. Im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung hat sich der Auftragnehmer an städtebauliche Vorgaben des zukünftig unmittelbar angrenzenden Landratsamtes Landshut zu orientieren (Baubeginn voraussichtlich 2021). Der Baubeginn ist für das zweite Halbjahr 2020 geplant. Die Fertigstellung des Projektes muss 2021 sein (LPH 9 darüber hinaus). Beauftragt werden sollen Architektenleistungen gem § 34 HOAI in stufenweiser Form (Leistungsphasen1-9).
Mit Vertragsschluss wurde die Leistungsstufe1 beauftragt, die die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 beinhaltet. Stufe 2 umfasst die Leistungsphasen 3 und 4,Stufe 3 umfasst die Leistungsphasen 5-7 und Stufe 4 umfasst die Leistungsphase 8 und 9. Die Mitwirkung bei der Fördermittelbeschaffung und die Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung wurden ebenfalls beauftragt.
