Description

(1) execution of all works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of documentation drawn up by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority and necessary preparatory works required for the performance of the contract and for the performance of all activities required by the provisions of the building law.
(2) Implementation of comprehensive as-built documentation, including, inter alia, the as-built geodetic inventory.
(3) Conformity assessment of each subsystem covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).
4) Full documentation and participation in the procurement procedure “Management of change” on the basis of the “Guidelines of the Director of the Safety Office of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. carrying out an assessment of the potential impact of technical, operational and organisational changes on the safety of the railway system”.
