The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement on the regular bus service on the Communes of Marseille and Septémes, on day service (L. 121-L. 122). This is a framework agreement to be concluded by negotiated procedure, pursuant to Articles 26 and 74 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The framework agreement to be awarded is a service contract. It refers to the General Administrative Provisions applicable to Supply and Service Contracts (CCAG/FCS) approved by the Order of 19.1.2009.
