1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of laboratory equipment for organisational units of the Piastów Śląskie Medical University in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 lots assessed separately, i.e.: Part 1 Incubation shaker for 4 microtitre plates for the Department of Medical Biology (order number AZK-Z/2524-90/26) Part 2 Ultrasonic washer for the Department of Biology and Pharmaceutical Botany (order number AZK-Z/2524-85/26). 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Annex 2 Part 1 and Part 2 to the FTZ). The contracting authority requires that the products offered meet the requirements contained in the Technical Information Sheet.
