In the present case, the municipality of Kürten (hereinafter also referred to as "the contracting authority") is tendering buildings for the renovation of the comprehensive school (proportionally LPH 5 to 9) and the multipurpose hall including the construction of a new sports hall (proportionally LPH 5 to 9) (in three construction phases) as part of the climate-friendly model renovation of the comprehensive school Kürten (KfMGS) throughout Europe. The preliminary performance target and the special services planned so far result from the facilities "Performance picture school building" (02 of the system convoluted 08) and "Performance picture multipurpose hall and sports hall" (01 of the system convoluted 08).
