Description

The assignment concerns the performance of cleaning maintenance. The Contractor carries out the assignment in accordance with the schedule of requirements as set out in Annex 1, the price sheet as set out in Annex 4 and the cleaning schedules for GGD as set out in Annex 9. The service includes the provision of regular cleaning at the contracting authority's premises. The cleaning concerns the following types of workspaces: Consultancy offices, consulting hours and office locations. The cleaning also concerns the following types of common areas: canteens, general areas and toilets. The refilling of sanitary facilities and the periodic glass washing are also part of the assignment. The scope of the contract includes the following activities: • Daily and periodic cleaning maintenance; • Specialist floor maintenance; • Glass washing; • Other work (cleaning of furniture).
