Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów do sterylizacji.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia dla poszczególnych części zamówienia został szczegółowoopisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ.
3. Zamawiający w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ wymaga podania przez Wykonawcę nazwyhandlowej produktu oraz producenta zaoferowanego przez Wykonawcę przedmiotuzamówienia.
4. Termin ważności produktów nie może być krótszy niż 12 miesięcy od momentudostarczenia go do siedziby Zamawiającego.
5. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy
