Description

The scope will be a Framework Agreement which will include the maintenance of Heating and Plumbing Systems and, potentially, some minor installations across the various Dublin Bus Depots in the City and County of Dublin. The maximum duration of this Framework Agreement is five (5) years including the two (2) optional extensions. Lot 1 is for plumbing and heating maintenance services for a three-year period plus an option for two twelve-month periods. This lot will be awarded to the overall highest-ranked tenderer. Lot 2 is New Installations and works estimated to be greater than twelve thousand Euro (€12,000) in value. All work under Lot 2 will be awarded by mini competition. All members, including the winner of Lot 1, will be invited, and will be eligible to tender for, all works under Lot 2.
