Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the provision of care services to persons requiring the assistance of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Będzin performed at their place of residence, in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular the Act of 12.3.2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2015, item 163, as amended) and implementing provisions issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act, and in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter II of the Specifications for Substantive Contract Conditions, hereinafter referred to as ‘the ToR’. The subject of this contract consists of two tasks (lots) of the contract. Details of the description and definition of the subject-matter of this contract are set out in Chapter II of the ToR and in the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR. The service in question is a non-priority service as defined in the Prime Ministerial Regulation of 28.1.2010 on the list of priority and non-priority services.
