Description

The start-up opportunities programme (SCP) of the Federal Government and the Länder, which was set up for a total of ten years and launched on 1 August 2024, is intended to help decouple educational success from social origin. The basic goal is to improve the students' basic competences in German and mathematics. In order to support the achievement of the objectives, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MBJS) of the State of Brandenburg intends to commission subject-related tutoring for the subjects German and Mathematics as a central measure for all interested primary schools, special schools, secondary general education schools up to grade 10 (including in particular secondary schools) and vocational schools (including in particular upper-level centres = OSZ). In order to be able to provide schools with needs-based tutoring services per school half-year, a framework agreement is to be concluded. Those eligible for retrieval will be the schools designated by lot. The subject of this lot (lot 9) is the Uckermark region with four schools. The aim of the measure is to sustainably improve the school performance of pupils in such a way that they reach the level of their grade defined by the Framework Curriculum Year 1-10 at the end of the school year. Further lot-specific information as well as information on the specific design of the tutoring services can be found in the document Terms of Reference (Annex 13).
