The subject of the contract is the continuous supply of sampling sets (fours) for the collection of whole blood, including accessories, in the expected amount of 630 sets per month for 5 years. The subject-matter of the contract is also a free loan and installation of sample mixing scales and blood presses specified in the annex (hereinafter also referred to as “apparatus”), including accessories and software, with initial and ongoing training in accordance with Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Medical Devices Act”), full service of borrowed devices, including carrying out safety technical inspections according to the manufacturer’s instructions, eventually validation and possible modernisation, all during the entire period of performance of the subject-matter of the public contract (5 years).
