Description

Purpose of the services: Framework agreement for digital agility training organised by IDETA accredited FIUs. The subject of this contract is the appointment of successful tenderers for the organisation of digital agility training for local and provincial staff. This initiative aims to strengthen the digital skills of local and provincial staff and respond to the growing digitalisation needs, thus making the local civil service more attractive. The project is part of a continuous training initiative to improve the productivity and efficiency of current and future workers. In a context of increased digitalisation, it is essential to equip learners with the necessary skills to use digital tools effectively. Number of sessions: The training courses will be ordered by IDETA by session date following the sending of an order confirmation email. The frequency of the sessions mentioned in the technical specifications is indicative. Training will only be carried out if a sufficient number of valid registrations is collected. Registrations for participation in the sessions will be organised by IDETA and/or a partner (e.g. Eurometropolitan e-Campus). Framework agreement with order forms: For each lot: The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement per lot with several successful tenderers without reopening of competition for a period of 48 months starting on the date set out in the notification letter. This contract will be concluded with a maximum of three successful tenderers per lot on the basis of the award criteria set out in these specifications. Unit prices shall be fixed for a period of 48 months. There is therefore no total order amount, only an estimate with presumed quantities. The contracting authority is not bound to a minimum order. Each session will be ordered separately and will be carried out on the basis of the unit price submitted in accordance with these specifications and the estimated needs. This special specification concerns an estimate translated into presumed quantities. Under no circumstances shall the inter-municipal IDETA and its related structures be engaged for the defined volume and the successful tenderer undertakes to maintain its price regardless of the quantity of session to be served. Tenderers are therefore currently and explicitly informed that certain parties may not be requested by the contracting authority and, where appropriate, the successful tenderer may not rely on the provisions of the tender specifications to claim any financial compensation. Maximum quantities: The quantities presumed to be included in these specifications (Part 3 – Technical requirements) are the maximum quantities of sessions to be held under the framework agreement. It is understood that once these limits are reached, the Framework Agreement will have exhausted its effects. Place of provision of the service: mainly on the premises of the Eurometropolitan e-Campus, Rue du progrès, 24 to 7503 Froyennes. Some training sessions may also be offered in Wallonia and Brussels depending on requests. The contract is divided into 26 lots as follows: - Lot 1 “Cyber threat awareness”: - Lot 2 “Cybersecurity awareness”: - Lot 3 “Crisis management of a cyber attack”: - Lot 4 “Cybersecurity for technical experts”: - Lot 5 “Open Data for public authorities”: - Lot 6 “Discover working with data”: - Lot 7 “GDPR in practice”: - Lot 8 “Administrator role for Microsoft 365”: - Lot 9 “Mastering word processing (e.g. Word)”: - Lot 10 “Harding spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)”: - Lot 11 “Mastering dashboards (e.g. Excel)”: - Lot 12 “Master presentation processing (e.g. PowerPoint)”: - Lot 13 “Mastering email management (e.g. Outlook)”: - Lot 14 “Mastering collaboration tools (e.g. Teams)”: - Lot 15 “Video editing”: - Lot 16 “Generative artificial intelligence: prompt for better efficiency at work”: - Lot 17 “Artificial intelligence for manager”: - Lot 18 “BIM for client”: - Lot 19 “Graphic design tool training (e.g. Canva)”: - Lot 20 “Mastering external communication”: - Lot 21 “Community manager”: - Lot 22 “Training in e-Tourism”: - Lot 23 “Recruitment via social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)”: - Lot 24 “Digital Caregiver”: - Lot 25 “Responsible Digital”: - Lot 26 “Critical thinking on the internet”: Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
