Description

Bei den nachfolgenden Leistungen handelt es sich um die Unterhaltsreinigung (LOS 1) sowie die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung (LOS 2) im Objekt der BGW Bezirksverwaltung Köln. Bei dem Gebäude in der Bonner Straße 337 handelt es sich um ein Verwaltungsgebäude mit einem 5-geschossigen Altbau (Bj. 1982, saniert 2025) und einem 4-geschossigen Neubau (Bj. 1991, teilsaniert 2025), welche miteinander verbunden sind. Die zu reinigenden Flächen belaufen sich auf eine Nettogrundfläche von ca. 5.947,17 m² (HNF = ca. 2.944,17 m², NNF = 879,33 m² und VF = ca. 2.123,67 m²).
