Territoire d'Energie Lot-et-Garonne souhaite déléguer la maîtrise d'ouvrage de la réalisation de projets de réseaux de chaleur alimentés par des sources d'énergie renouvelable. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, à marchés subséquents. Les opérations concernent des créations de réseaux de chaleur ou techniques fonctionnant au bois énergie (avec parfois l'appoint en gaz propane ou gaz naturel) en Lot-et-Garonne. Il n'est pas fixé de minimum en valeur pour ce marché. Le montant maximum sur 4 ans est fixé à 400 000 euros HT.
