The subject of this contract is the rental, installation and commissioning of digital multifunction copiers and the on-site maintenance and assistance of this equipment, including the supply of consumables (excluding paper). The applicable procedure is the open tender procedure carried out pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2, R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
