Composite framework agreement covering the migration, evolution, extension, commissioning and maintenance of the Rungis International Market’s fire, sprinkling and GTB/GTC supervision systems. The services include technical studies, tests, training, provision of DOEs, annual maintenance, ad hoc interventions, as well as the evolution or extension of equipment-related systems: - Fire Supervision, - Sprinkling Supervision, - Malevolent BMS, - Fluid BMS, - Electricity BMS - Lighting BMS. The breakdown of the contract is as follows: - Firm tranche: Migration of the fire supervision system, sprinkling: carried out in 2025; - Optional tranche: Integration and migration of the GTB/GTC system: carried out in 2026 (maximum 8 months); SEMMARIS reserves the right to consolidate the optional tranche until 30 June 2026. - Annual maintenance: years 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 - Framework agreement for issuing order forms: Specific services relating to development, extension or intervention: duration 4 years (2025 to 2029) The framework agreement is one-off.
