Description

The city of Gronau (Westf.) is currently building the new Grüne-Aue-Schule, an elementary school in the city west. For this purpose, the brownfield area of the former railway line between Marschallstraße in the north and Steinstraße and Brookstraße in the south is planned. Here, an area of approx. 5,500 m ² is available for the new construction of the school. On the future school building, the ground and upper floors will be built in a wood-hybrid construction. The partial cellar is made of WU concrete. The building receives a flat roof construction with final roof greening and photovoltaic system in partial areas. In this procurement procedure, the supply and installation of wood-aluminium windows and doors are advertised.
