Description

Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Support and Property Services Ltd (hereinafter Kymen Tuki) invites tenders for winter maintenance work on the properties it owns in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices. Tenders are requested for the machinery needed for the work, including drivers, and for hand snow work. Equipment is needed for snow ploughing, sanding and sand removal. The invitation to tender is divided into four (4) sub-components. One contractor will be selected for each sub-package. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more sub-packages. The service provider is responsible for the winter maintenance of roads, streets, pavements, parking spaces and entrances to properties in the areas (hand and machine snow work and anti-slip work) 24 hours a day, in accordance with the tender documents. The work must be carried out in such a way that by 6.30 a.m. or at the latest before the actual opening of the units.
