1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of: a) collecting municipal waste from properties inhabited from the Municipality of Zawonia and its management, i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the management of this waste in accordance with Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 733 as amended);(b)equipment of the property with containers/bags for municipal waste specified by the Ordering Party in this FTZ, within 7 days from the date of signing the contract;(c)supply of containers and containers to the PSZOK and collection and management of waste collected in containers located at the PSZOK, on the order of the Ordering Party;(d)collection of furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tires during mobile collections carried out in the Municipality of Zawonia;(e)collection and management of expired medicines from pharmacies located in the Municipality of Zawonia;(f) conducting lectures on waste segregation for students of 2 schools located in the Municipality of Zawonia, at least twice during the term of the contract.
