Het doel van de marktconsultatie is tweeledig. Enerzijds tracht de Politie hiermee inzicht te krijgen in de samenstelling van de markt en het aantal mogelijk geïnteresseerde opdrachtnemers om de beoogde opdracht uit te voeren.
