Description

This is not a contract notice but an invitation to market dialogue. The target of the planned procurement is two (2) ambulances for the South Karelia wellbeing services county. In addition to the actual procurement volume, the contracting entity retains the option to order two (2) corresponding packages from the winning bidder during 2025. If you have more than one vehicle that corresponds to the invitation to tender, you must submit a separate tender for each vehicle. The date of publication of the contract notice will be specified as the preparation progresses. The market dialogue shall, in principle, take place in writing. Suppliers wishing to participate in the market dialogue are requested to contact us by e-mail at Hankinta@ekhva.fi by 9.8.2024. In the subject line of the email, you will be asked to enter "MARKINVUORUHELU_AMBULANSSIT_BUSINESS NAME". Participants wishing to participate in the market dialogue will be provided with preliminary tender materials for comments. Comments, feedback and comments are requested by 16.8.2024. In addition, participants may, if they so wish, submit promotional material concerning their activities to the contracting entity for consultation. The market dialogue shall not bind the participating suppliers to participate in the intended procurement. In addition, the market dialogue does not bind the contracting entity in the implementation of a potential procurement. The final procurement that may be carried out may also differ from the initial plans. Submitted material shall be treated as confidential in accordance with section 24(1)(20) of the Act on the Openness of Government Activities.
