Description

The subject of the upcoming public procurement will be the procurement of the economic information system (hereinafter referred to as the ERP), the implementation of the ERP, the provision of application support. Acquisition, implementation and application support for application (mobile and web) for approval, signing of documents and for working with stock, property and personnel records with connection to ERP. The successful tenderer shall supply the ERP to the contracting authority, which shall fulfil the following conditions on the basis of the “ERP Document Circulation Project” with a link to an application with a web interface. During the implementation, deviations from the defined project “ERP project for the circulation of documents” are allowed. The purpose of the Preparatory Market Consultations (PDCs) is to inform and reach out to economic operators engaged in the provision of the subject-matter of the contract in order to set objective, realistic and proportionate requirements for the subject-matter of the contract in the forthcoming public procurement, so that the principles of public procurement are respected and public procurement promotes open competition. The contracting authority intends to consult on issues related to the conditions of competition, such as selection criteria, commercial conditions for contract performance, etc. The PTI will also include the determination of the estimated contract value (‘EVC’).
