Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the production of publications of the contracting authority consisting of: Lot 1: Monthly booklets, Lot 2: Monthly posters, Lot 3: Journals, Lot 4: Play timebook.
The content of the services and the scope of the services are set out in the attached tender specifications.
Each contract will be awarded through a framework contract concluded with a contractor. The specific scope of the services is determined in each case by reference to the services actually required and requested by the contracting authority.
The quantities indicated in the tender documents are based on experience from previous years. The quantities indicated in the tender form represent a possible volume for approximately one year or the remaining duration of the 2014/2015 season from the start of the contract and serve exclusively to evaluate the tenders. It is expected that comparable quantities will be called on from the contractor during the duration of the contract. However, the Contractor shall not be entitled to request certain quantities or minimum quotas.
The contracting authority shall make explicit reference to the options for renewing the contract after the end of the binding duration of the contract. Details of this can be found in the procurement documents.
