Description

According to the necessity report no.7589 of 02.07.2026, drawn up by the Supply Service, the need to purchase oils was identified in the sections and workshops of the SIRCOSS branch, according to the proposed objectives regarding the fulfillment of maintenance and repair programs for special vehicles and installations. They are used in the lubrication system of engines, as working fluid in hydraulic installations, for main and auxiliary transmissions of hydraulic systems, power, hydraulic brakes, transmission boxes, service and maintenance program for existing vehicles, machinery and installations in operation within the Branch. Motor oil reduces the effects of friction between moving organs. As a result, the oil helps reduce engine temperature, reduces friction, which improves engine performance and reduces fuel consumption. Finally, the oil removes impurities that can accumulate over time (ashes, dust or wear particles), which helps maintain engine performance. Gear oil, intended for lubrication of transmissions and construction gears and different loads. Hydraulic oil is an incompressible fluid of mineral or synthetic nature with the role of transmitting energy within the hydraulic system, driven by a pump, which generates the power needed to perform the tasks. The Contracting Entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications will be 18 days. At the same time, according to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications on the content of the tender documentation and implicitly on the contractual clauses (which are part of the tender documentation) 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
