The subject of the contract is the alcohol business register, the product register and related electronic transactions and the official’s user interface integrated into Valvira’s current case management. The aim is to provide expertise resources for the renewal of the alcohol business register, as described in more detail in the annexes, as well as maintenance, support and further development of the system. The aim of the procurement is to create an alcohol licence and product control application that is easy to use and minimise routine tasks, as well as an alcohol register to manage the reformed processes of the alcohol administration. The package also includes the renewal of the customer’s electronic communication channel, where electronic forms and customer information are available. By means of a clear electronic procedure, cases initiated by customers can be accessed to the Valvira chain to a large extent in an electronic format, from which they can be easily connected to the case management system.
