Entitatea contractantă intenționează să încheie două contracte sectoriale având ca obiect:LOT 1 - Materiale tubulare și fitinguri necesare pentru execuția lucrărilor aferente „CONDUCTA DE TRANSPORT GAZE NATURALE PENTRU ALIMENTARE CU GAZE NATURALE CET MINTIA (INCLUSIV ALIMENTARE CU ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ, PROTECȚIE CATODICĂ ȘI FIBRĂ OPTICĂ)”; LOT 2 - Robinete, skid-uri de măsurare, îmbinări electroizolante, gări godevil și fitinguri speciale pentru pentru execuția lucrărilor aferente „CONDUCTA DE TRANSPORT GAZE NATURALE PENTRU ALIMENTARE CU GAZE NATURALE CET MINTIA (INCLUSIV ALIMENTARE CU ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ, PROTECȚIE CATODICĂ ȘI FIBRĂ OPTICĂ”. Data limită până la care operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, este a 18-a zi dinaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 173 Legea nr. 99/2016, modificată și completată de OUG 107/2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative cu impact în domeniul achizițiilor publice. Termenul-limită în care entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare conform prevederilor art. 172 alin. 2, coroborat cu art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/2016, modificată și completată de OUG 107/2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative cu impact în domeniul achizițiilor publice, este: a 11-a zi dinaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor.
