Description

Organisation of the Reception of the "European Maritime Day 2026", for approximately 800 people, which will take place in Limassol on 21 May 2026 at 19:30, with an estimated duration of three (3) hours. The Reception will be offered in honor of the participants in the events of the "European Maritime Day 2026" (government officials, officials of the European Union, foreign ministers and other officials). The venue of the reception should be suitable to meet the standards for ensuring safety and security measures for the attendees. In addition, it should have both a suitable outdoor space and a covered/closed space for 800 people. The covered/closed area should have a capacity of at least 300 persons. During the reception, cold and warm finger food dishes will be offered, as well as an unlimited Cypriot drink.
