Description

Mit dem Abzug der britischen Streitkräfte im November 2019 steht die Stadt Paderborn vor der Aufgabe, den ehemaligen Kasernenstandort der Barker Barracks als größte freiwerdende innerstädtische Konversionsfläche Paderborns in das Stadtgefüge zu integrieren. Aufgrund der umfangreichen Bestandsbebauung in Form von Gebäuden, Verkehrsflächen, Versorgungsinfrastruktur etc. ist als erster Schritt der Realisierung des Masterplans die Erarbeitung einer umfassenden Rückbauplanung notwendig.
