The subject-matter of the contract is the transmission of a radio programme broadcast by the contracting authority via terrestrial distribution.
The transmission service, which is the subject of the contract, includes the transmission of audio signals and RDS data from the premises of the contracting authority to the broadcasting facilities and the transmission from the broadcasting facilities owned by EmiTel Sp. z o.o., established in Kraków at ul.
