1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne dostarczanie sprzętu jednorazowego użytku w podziale na 25 Pakiety. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych w podziale na 25 Pakietów: Pakiety bez możliwości składania ofert na poszczególne pozycje – NIEPODZIELNE: 14, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25 pozostałe pakiety są podzielne z możliwością składania ofert na poszczególne pozycje. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
