Description

Das Projekt 687 beinhaltet die Weiterentwicklung der Smart-Metering-Testplattform (SMTPF) für Smart-Meter-Gateways und weitere Komponenten des intelligenten Messsystems im Sinne des MsbG. Darüber hinaus wird der Betrieb und die Pflege der SMTPF abgedeckt, Anwendersupport bereitgestellt und die Korrektheit der Implementierung des Prüfmittels (für Konformitätsbewertungen nach TR-03109-1 und TR-03109-5) evaluiert. Das Projekt gliedert sich in drei separate Lose (Fachlose im Sinne von § 97 Abs. 4 GWB), die unabhängig voneinander bearbeitet werden können: - Los 1: Weiterentwicklung der Smart-Metering Testplattform des BSI (SMTPF) - Los 2: Hosting und Betriebsüberwachung der SMTPF - Los 3: Validierung der Implementierung der SMTPF Hierbei sollen für die Lose 1 und 3 Rahmenvereinbarungen und für Los 2 der BSI-Projektvertrag für Studien geschlossen werden. Details sind der Leistungsbeschreibung (siehe Anlage) zu entnehmen.
