Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2024, item 530 as amended. – ‘Forests Act’), including works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, seed production, maintenance of infrastructure in forestry and other ancillary activities, to be carried out in the Czaplinek Forest District in 2026. The detailed scope of work is included in the procurement documents (Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and its annexes). The procedure is conducted in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Art. 1 point 1) in connection with Art. 2 and Articles 132-139 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320 as amended. hereinafter referred to as ‘the PHP’) and the implementing acts of the PHP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classic contracts with a value equal to or greater than the Union thresholds.
