Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of all municipal waste from residential properties from the Municipality of Legnickie Pole for the duration of the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 for the provision of services in the above scope, all residential properties indicated by the Ordering Party. Collection and transport of municipal waste (mixed, separately collected and large-size) from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Legnickie Pole where residents of the municipality of Legnickie Pole live, as well as the organization of mobile collection and their transport to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Legnica located at ul. Rzeszotarska, 59-220 Legnica (Annex 8 to the FTZ – inter-municipal agreement on the takeover by the Municipality of Legnica of tasks in the field of municipal waste management), i.e. municipal installation within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) is OK. 2 295.58 Mg during the 12 months of the contract.
