Description

The City of Rauma's procurement services requested tenders for the installation and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration equipment for the City of Rauma's properties and for chimney sweeping of ventilation ducts on an hourly basis. The invitation to tender also concerned the purchase of equipment for ventilation services (V-belts, bearings and other spare parts). This invitation to tender did not apply to ventilation filters. Installation and maintenance work for ventilation and refrigeration equipment and chimney sweeps for ventilation ducts are ordered as needed when the city's own employees do not have time to complete the work. For larger chimney sweeping sites in ventilation ducts, special offers may be requested from other operators on a case-by-case basis. The tendering procedure was carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) framework contractor was selected for the framework agreement. The total maximum value of the services to be procured through this tendering procedure will not exceed EUR 400,000 (VAT 0%) during the contract period.
