Description

Das Ziel des Bauvorhabens "Rathaus Spandau - Sanierung südliches Dach" ist die Sanierung der Dachkonstruktion im 3. und 4. OG des denkmalgeschützten Rathauses sowie der Ausbau der Dachräume im 4.OG zu Büros. Im 3.OG werden folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt: Betonsanierung der Mansarddachflächen, Sanierung der Gaubenkonstruktionen und Einsatz neuer Fenster, Unterstützung der Decke über 3.OG durch Stahlkonstruktion, Renovierung Boden und Wandbeläge Im 4.OG (Dachraum) werden folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt: Sanierung der Holzdachkonstruktion, Einsatz neuer Dachflächenfenster, Erneuerung Dachdeckung, Innenausbau zu Büroräumen. Allgemeine Beschreibung der Leistung dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses: · Grundreinigung von Baubüros · Regelmäßige Reinigung der Baubüros im 3.OG bis zum Ende der Gesamtbauzeit · Grob- und Feinreinigung aller Oberflächen im 3. und 4.OG des Baubereichs und der angrenzenden verschmutzten Flächen nach Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens vor Beginn der Möblierung
