Description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out all-state works in private parts to be carried out as and when needed, on part of the real estate heritage of Paris Habitat. The consultation is a renewal of 2 lots following their termination. The services are divided into two geographical lots, each covered by a separate framework agreement as follows: - Lot 6: D.T. Nord-Est (REA1 - REA3) - Lot 8: D.T. Sud-Est (REA1 - REA2) Each lot will result in the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code. For each lot, the tender submitted by the candidate must cover all the services covered by that lot. The procedures for issuing order forms are specified in Article 4 of the CCAP.
