Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е упражняване на строителен надзор по смисъла на чл. 166, ал. 1 от ЗУТ по време на извършване на строително-монтажни работи на обект „Ремонт и реконструкция на горски пътища на територията на община Ивайловград“. Строителният надзор се изпълнява в задължителния обхват съобразно изискванията на ЗУТ и свързаните подзаконови нормативни актове.
