The purpose of the public procurement procedure was to appoint a contractor for a consultancy service (construction supervision) in connection with the design and construction (engineering) of the specific site by drawing up a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction works and technical control under the ‘Constructive’ part, and exercising construction supervision during construction of the site, in which connection a contract was concluded for its implementation, with a view to carrying out quality construction of the site in accordance with the statutory requirements and meeting the agreed deadlines. The subject-matter of the contract shall include a description of the activities covered by the contract as follows: A) Stage I - Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for construction works and technical control under the "Constructive" part of the design development; B) Stage II - Exercising construction supervision during construction, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the secondary legislation; C) Stage III - Exercise of construction supervision during the removal of defects during the warranty periods in accordance with Ordinance No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites. *IMPORTANT!
