Description

Dans le cadre d'une approche d'amélioration continue de sa Fonction RH, la Semitan lance la présente consultation qui porte sur l'acquisition, l'installation, le paramétrage, la formation et la maintenance d'un logiciel de gestion des Ressources Humaines sur le périmètre GA / GTA / PAIE en mode SaaS. Cette consultation est divisée en deux lots de la façon suivante : Lot n°1 : GA & Paie - Gestion administrative et référentiels structurants ; - On et Off Boarding ; - Gestion de la paie ; - Self-Service GA/PAIE ; - Reporting GA/PAIE. Lot n°2 : Gestion des temps et des activités - Gestion des temps et des activités ; - Self-Service GTA ; - Reporting GTA. Le lot n°1 est décomposé en 3 tranches : -Tranche 1 ferme du lot n°1 : Cadrage du lot n°1 et conception phase 1 (2025) -Tranche 2 optionnelle du lot n°1 : Conception phase 2 et fin du lot n°1 (à partir de 01/2026) -Tranche 3 optionnelle du lot n°1 : Phase RUN (Service régulier) Le lot n°2 est décomposé en 3 tranches : -Tranche 1 ferme du lot n°2 : Cadrage du lot n°2 et conception phase 1 (2025) -Tranche 2 optionnelle du lot n°2 : Conception phase 2 et fin du lot n°2 (à partir de 01/2026) -Tranche 3 optionnelle du lot n°2 : Phase RUN (Service régulier) Cette consultation dispose également d'options à chiffrage facultatif pour le lot 1, dont le détail est le suivant : - Coffre-fort employeur (GED RH) ; - Signature électronique intégrée au logiciel ; - Rapports légaux ; - Révision salariale.
