Description

The subject of the services is the connection and operation of the FTTB and coaxial networks of network level 4 ("NE4") owned by MMB Multi-Media- Berlin Gesellschaft mbH ("MMB") in the existing properties of the existing companies of WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH (together "WBM") and its 100% subsidiary MMB (together with MMB the "AG"). The tenderer undertakes the operational management, service and maintenance of NE4 in order to ensure uninterrupted end-customer supply. The service also includes fiber optic expansion according to a binding expansion plan (expected by the end of 2035), including the construction of new FTTH networks in existing and new WBM buildings. Existing coaxial NE4 networks will be gradually replaced by FTTH. The fiber optic expansion is supported by a construction cost subsidy from the AG. The service also includes the leasing (plus revenue share) of the networks (Coax and FTTH) by MMB to the bidder and the provision of triple play services (TV, Internet, telephony) by the bidder in the WBM properties with individual collection.
