1. The subject of the procedure and the order is the supply of equipment and equipment with assembly and commissioning as part of the task entitled: "Purchase of equipment of the "Municipal Hospital in Rabka-Zdrój" Operational Block, including cooperation in obtaining a decision of the competent authority on the use permit or obtaining a declaration of the competent authority that it does not object to the commencement of use (depending on legal requirements) and proper performance by the Contractor of obligations arising from the quality guarantee and warranty regarding work during the warranty period. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, minimum requirements, technical, functional and functional parameters that the devices and equipment must meet is contained in Annex 1B to the SWZ.
